Raymond migrated with his family to Montreal, Canada on May 16, 1965, before moving to Toronto. He returned briefly to Guyana when he was about 20 years old but went back to Canada for good.
A very pleasant person, he was inseparable from his friend Robert Preston.
Raymond and Robert paid a most memorable visit to Raymond's cousins in California in 2004(?), on their way to Australia. His supportive nature and other superlative qualities will be dearly missed by us all.
